Like our design group, our field staff is a select group of professionals, and not every one can belong to our team. In most companies their field construction personnel grow through the ranks and are trained to perform specific tasks, but not to fulfill the organization’s responsibilities as advocates for the client. We strive to teach and implement that philosophy to our field staff.

We also require that our field staff look out for the well-being of our subcontractors. They comprise a large part of a project’s team in today’s economy. While supporting the Owner’s specific needs, we believe that helping our subcontractors make money by scheduling them properly, looking out for pitfalls on the project that may impede their progress, and paying them on time will result in a smoother project completed on schedule and within budget.
