As Master Builders we have created a unique team of professionals to service your Design-Build construction needs. We have a select group of dedicated office and field personnel, several of whom have been part of our team for more than twenty years. It takes time to build a team of professionals, and with fewer and fewer young men and women willing to apprentice to a trade it is becoming increasingly more difficult to provide quality field staff for a project. We feel fortunate that so many individuals have given us the opportunity to train them and work with them over the years. Their families have become an extension of ours as we continue to grow together. Our clients often ask for our field staff by name to assist them with their new construction and renovations projects, both large and small. We have a 24-hour customer service department that responds to minor repairs, small renovation jobs, and the emergency needs for our clients.

Our staff has project managers whose forte is large projects, small projects, or both. We endeavor to find the best tradesman we can who will also act professionally and live up to our corporate philosophy of total commitment to our clients.

Our specialty is taking full responsibility for our actions, whether it is for creating a site-cast tilt-up manufacturing or distribution facility, a specialized façade treatment that projects a retail store’s image, or a complex industrial or commercial renovation that requires no interruption of the client’s daily workflow. We pride ourselves on being flexible problem solvers, and yet we continually struggle to learn how to communicate more effectively both internally and externally with our project team members.
